New Mass Delete Option Simplifies Candidate Certification Management

What’s new?

Users can now mass delete Candidate Certification Requirements directly within the Candidate record under the Credentials tab. This simplifies certification management and speeds up workflow.

Why does it matter?

This update makes it faster and easier for compliance and operations teams to manage certification records, especially at scale. You gain more efficient credential workflows and ensures smoother, higher-performing experiences without the need for workarounds.

How do I enable this?

No action is needed for clients already using Credentialing. Access depends on entitlement permissions:

  • "Delete Candidate Certification Requirement" allows users to delete records they’ve created.

  • "Delete Any Candidate Certification Requirement" allows users to delete any record.
